Overview
Moving into management brings a new level of responsibility.
Success is no longer measured only by what you deliver personally, but by how effectively you lead people, make decisions and turn organisational priorities into results.
For many managers, that transition can be challenging. Leading different personalities, managing performance, responding to change and balancing day to day pressures with wider organisational objectives all require a broader set of skills than technical expertise alone.
The CMI Level 5 Management and Leadership programme is designed to help practising and aspiring managers strengthen the confidence, capability and management skills needed to perform effectively at this level.
Through expert led sessions, real world case studies, practical activities and reflective learning, participants will have opportunities to apply management concepts to workplace situations and build a toolkit they can use immediately in their role.
The result is a more confident, capable and effective manager, better equipped to lead people, improve performance and take on greater responsibility within their organisation.
