CMI Level 7 Strategic Management and Leadership

Central London · Online

Overview

Senior leadership requires more than experience. It requires the ability to think strategically, lead with confidence and translate organisational priorities into effective performance.

As responsibilities increase, managers are expected to shape strategy, lead people through change, communicate with influence and create the conditions for teams to perform. Without a clear understanding of strategic leadership, even experienced managers can find themselves focused on immediate operational pressures rather than the wider direction, culture and long term success of the organisation.

This practical CMI Level 7 Management and Leadership course is designed to help senior managers strengthen the strategic thinking, leadership capability and personal effectiveness required at this level.

The result is a more strategic, confident and self aware leader, better equipped to influence others, strengthen organisational performance and turn strategy into meaningful action.
