Overview
AI is already changing HR. The question is whether your organisation is shaping that change or simply reacting to it.
Across recruitment, workforce planning, learning and development, performance management and employee engagement, AI is creating opportunities to work faster, generate better insight and improve the employee experience. But unmanaged adoption also brings real risks. Inconsistent use, poor-quality outputs, bias, data privacy concerns and unclear accountability can quickly undermine trust and expose organisations to unnecessary risk.
For HR leaders, doing nothing is no longer the safe option. As employees begin using AI independently and new tools enter the workplace, HR has an important role to play in setting direction, building confidence and ensuring adoption is responsible, practical and aligned with organisational priorities.
This intensive two-day programme gives HR professionals the practical understanding and strategic frameworks needed to take control of that agenda. Delegates will explore how AI can be applied across the HR lifecycle, assess where their organisation is ready to adopt AI, examine the ethical, cultural and governance challenges involved, and consider different approaches to developing an organisational AI strategy.
