Matt Balfour is a wellbeing consultant, MHFA instructor, and speaker who specialises in creating psychologically safe workplace cultures. Driven by lived experience following the loss of a close family member to suicide, Matt combines empathy with strategic insight to help organisations embed sustainable approaches to mental health and wellbeing.

As Founder of Let’s Go Wellbeing and a Samaritans Listening Volunteer, Matt has supported leading UK employers in shaping inclusive wellbeing strategies, training leaders, and equipping teams to have meaningful conversations about mental health. His work spans the design and delivery of tailored wellbeing programmes, leadership development, and cultural change initiatives that place mental health at the heart of organisational success.

With a professional background in business management, marketing, and health, Matt brings a unique perspective on how to align wellbeing with organisational performance. He holds accreditations as a Mental Health First Aid Instructor and Personal Trainer & Nutritional Advisor, enabling him to bridge both the psychological and physical aspects of wellbeing.
