Claudine is an experienced project, programme and change management professional whose career spans hospitality, marketing and advertising, software development, training and consultancy. Having managed a wide range of projects and programmes, she brings extensive real-world experience of delivering products, leading transformational change and helping organisations achieve successful outcomes.
She now specialises in training and consultancy, delivering accredited courses in PRINCE2®, MSP®, PRINCE2 Agile®, APM, Scrum, Change Management and AgilePM®. She is also a LinkedIn Learning author, with a number of published courses available on the platform, several of which have been translated into multiple languages for an international audience.
Claudine has worked closely with organisations including the House of Commons, Forestry England, Zero Waste Scotland, the General Medical Council, Scottish Fire and Rescue Service, Registers of Scotland, Historic Environment Scotland and a number of local authorities. Her work has included delivering bespoke workshops and providing strategic-level consultancy tailored to organisational needs.
Having worked internationally across a broad range of industries in both the public and private sectors, Claudine is passionate about helping project and programme professionals develop the practical skills, confidence and capability they need to lead change and deliver successful projects and programmes.
