Overview
Creating a more inclusive organisation takes more than policies, statements and good intentions.
At senior level, leaders need to understand how organisational structures, culture, behaviours and decision-making can either reduce inequality or allow it to persist. Without a clear strategic approach, EDI activity can become fragmented, difficult to measure and disconnected from wider organisational priorities.
This practical CMI Level 7 course helps senior leaders move beyond isolated initiatives and develop a more strategic, evidence-led approach to equality, diversity and inclusion. Participants will examine inequality within an organisational context, identify barriers to progress and explore how EDI priorities can be translated into meaningful objectives, accountability and action.
The result is a stronger understanding of how to lead EDI strategically, influence organisational change and create more inclusive workplaces where people and organisations can perform at their best.
