APMG Project Planning and Control™ (PPC)

Overview

APMG’s Project Planning & Control™ (PPC) provides a practical, proven framework for planning, managing and controlling successful projects. Developed in partnership with the Association for Project Management (APM), PPC sets the benchmark for effective schedule management, cost control, risk planning and progress reporting.

Our accredited PPC training equips project professionals with the tools and techniques to build realistic plans, maintain control throughout the project lifecycle and respond confidently to change. Through expert-led teaching, hands-on exercises and real-world case studies, delegates learn how to create high-quality schedules, develop reliable baselines, manage variance and support clear, data-driven decision-making.

Ideal for project managers, planners, controllers, PMO teams and anyone involved in estimating, scheduling or reporting, this course provides the capability organisations need to deliver predictable, well-governed and value-driven project outcomes. Delegates are fully prepared to sit the APMG PPC Foundation and Practitioner examinations.
