Aglaia Ntili is a sustainability and ESG leader with over 20 years of international experience across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia, and the USA. She is the Managing Director of Sustainability Knowledge Group, a global advisory firm dedicated to creating value through strategic Sustainability, ESG, and CSR solutions, including certified training, advisory services, impact measurement, coaching, and knowledge-sharing initiatives. Aglaia is also the Founder and Chair of the CSR & Sustainability Meetup – the UAE ISSP Chapter, fostering a strong community of sustainability professionals, and the Founder of CSR Coaching, providing confidential, tailored support to sustainability leaders worldwide.
A seasoned global trainer, advisor, and assessor, Aglaia has led sustainability strategy, reporting, stakeholder engagement, and impact assessments aligned with leading frameworks such as GRI, UNGC, ISO 26000, and IEMA, working with multinational organisations across diverse sectors. Her career spans sustainability consulting, corporate training, research, environmental management, and quality systems, combining strategic insight with hands-on implementation.
