Overview
Pressure, competing demands, difficult conversations and constant change can leave even the most capable professionals feeling drained, distracted and less effective. Many people try to manage stress by working harder, staying positive or simply pushing through, only to find that stress continues to affect their performance, decision-making, relationships and wellbeing.
This practical and engaging training course provides a different approach. Rather than focusing on eliminating stress altogether, participants will learn how to understand, harness and respond to pressure more effectively. By developing greater self-awareness, building mental resilience and adopting practical techniques that can be applied immediately, delegates will learn how to stay focused, resourceful and productive, even in challenging circumstances.
